It’s hard to believe that I consider 35 to 40 hour work weeks a part-time job but that’s all I work from July 4th to late September. Why? Because it’s our big horse racing season of course!
If you’ve ever spent a day with me, you’ve seen that I customarily work 6am to 11pm every single day of my life and never take a break, even for a normal lunch. As they say, a rolling stone gathers no moss! And while I used to do that 364 days per year, I now work just 35 to 40 hours per week during the horse racing season.
That’s all over now so it’s back to the grindstone, working 100 hours per week. This month, I’m feverishly preparing for our two-day Coaching Retreat as well as a couple of other meetings I have out in California, before and after our Retreat. During September and October, I’ve been packed with full day consultations for agents flying into Columbus, OH for their private Blueprint Day. I’ve always found that every single one of these agents see tremendous increases to their business. They implement as soon as they get back home with their own specific blueprint, customized to the type of business they are trying to attract and they enjoy the surge of business it creates.
For these agents, as well as those attending the upcoming Retreat, they’ll have the ability to finish this year strong and absolutely ROCK into 2019 with an outstanding first quarter.
I’m working harder than ever before, particularly with the quickly shifting market. I’m hoping that you are doing the same. Solid effort with a specific blueprint and game plan will ensure you’ll have extremely profitable months. Whereas, sitting back, procrastinating and making excuses will ensure you WON’T increase your income.
Those with outstanding work ethics and solid blueprints for success don’t just work hard, but instead work hard doing highly productive activities. What’s the point of working tons of hours, available on-call all the time but not really doing anything profitable? I prefer those that like PRODUCTION. These are the types of agents I enjoy spending my time with. They are the ones that I can create the biggest impact for. I’m meeting a few more one-on-one again this month. Let’s make you wealthy!
