What a bunch of AMAZING emails from agents that attended the Coaching Retreat! I appreciate all of the kind words and I’m so happy that everyone knows exactly how to make the BIG adjustments needed with the slowing market.
Let’s be clear that the market is MUCH different than it was just a few short months ago and there will be tens of thousands of agents leaving the business. In the meantime, there will also be a small handful of agents that go 5X or 10X on their current business production. You saw it during the last downturn with the very predictable approach of REO and Short Sale clients. You’ll see it again this time (different clients) with the Luxury Clients and specific Investor Groups as we discussed you attracting while we were at the Coaching Retreat together.
So most of the agents that have attended 8 or 9 Coaching Retreats said “this one just felt different”. Trust me…it was… We are on the brink of a HUGE opportunity and if you have your mindset right, you’ll take action accordingly. That “thinking profitably” that we discussed during our meeting can mean the difference between you retiring as a multi-millionaire, or working a part time job as a senior just to pay your monthly utilities. NOW is the time to take action for yourself.
While we covered tons of specific strategies and scripts, we spent the first half of day one literally reprograming the way you think, what your goals should be and discussing the effort it’s going to take to really go BIG with the changing of the marketplace that’s currently going on.
As I write this, we are only 72 hours after the Retreat and the ACTION I’m hearing about from our members is incredibly exciting. They have huge goals now, complete clarity on what they want and a precise path to get them there. I can’t wait to see the results of those that didn’t just go there to learn, but actually wanted to DO the things we discussed. I’ll remind everyone that we covered the new way to communicate with prospects because the phone and email is so ineffective these days. If you want to convert your leads, you MUST change your approach to get connected with them in the most effective way possible. Be sure that you use these tools and you focus on changing your communication in the ways we discussed.
