Excuse Me While I Strip Naked…


As I prepare the 17 sessions I’ll be teaching at this month’s Coaching Retreat, I feel like I’m preparing to strip naked in front of everyone. This will literally be a “brain dump” of everything I know on sales, marketing and most importantly INFLUENCE.

I’ll be discussing not only WHAT we do to generate so many buyers and sellers but also WHY. You know by now that I utilize highly unpopular ideas that aren’t even understood by the general masses which gives all of us a distinct advantage in each individual marketplace.

While it’s incredibly popular to try to promote new ideas and concepts, the truth is that sales and influence is a VERY profitable approach that will make you more money than anything else you’ll ever learn in life. Much of what we will cover over the two days will be systematic approaches and will be solely centered around clarity. There will be some high-level concepts revealed and I’ll be showing everyone how a profitable entrepreneur thinks in the real estate world.

For many of us, the “time vampires” that consume us like text messages, emails, tweets and facebook responses can be enough to strangle your profits and jerk you into a poverty state on a daily basis. I doubt that even God could’ve gotten it right in 6 days if he had text messages, annoying tweets from Satan and a flooded email box with offers on “How To Build A Better Universe”.

You see in our business, temptation abounds. There is pressure for you to be “vanilla” and plain, to take no risks and play it safe, ruffle no feathers and to avoid all criticism. This fails TWO ways. First, the only way to be free of criticism and disapproval is to climb in a pine box, have it buried 6’ deep and patiently wait until nobody remembers you. Make it an unmarked grave. The idea of maintaining a pristine reputation with all is hopelessly naïve. Futile. Two, it castrates a business’ ability to truly profit. There is enormous temptation to choose tactical expediency rather than strategic effectiveness.

One thing we will be discussing in depth is that success demands complexity. The more complex your business model is, the more profitable you’ll be on a monthly basis. Fortunately today, much of this is completely automated which means you don’t have to cloud your mind with all kinds of moving parts that you have to keep track of and keep running on a daily basis. Nowadays, it can run without you.

On June 21-22 I’ll be nearly stripping naked, teaching all that I know regarding sales, systems, influence and the art of persuasion. Our goal is to reprogram the way you think, thus changing the actions you take every day. I’ll then challenge you to have the biggest quarter of your entire career.
