High Net Worth Individuals


We’ve been doing a significant amount of marketing to High Net Worth Individuals lately and we’ve had some outstanding success all over the country. Many of our members are looking for cash investors while others prefer luxury level buyers and sellers. They are ALL found with this specific list.

Fortunately, with the advancements that have happened with the mailing list brokerages, they can really break down those lists to the most desirable prospects. If you are looking for those that own multiple homes or those that have had an interest in YOUR state or those that are interested in certain affinities, they can chop that list up to give you just the most qualified for whatever you have to offer.

Take a look at the dozens of million dollar plus sellers and buyers that our group is working with now. Nearly all of them have come from a targeted marketing approach. Each agent went after a very specific prospect, had a very customized approach and received massive results (and income) from their efforts. Depending on your offer, you may prefer those worth $5,000,000 and above or you may prefer those that are $20,000,000 and above. Regardless of the list that you select, you will then need an extremely compelling offer to get their attention and get them to contact you. THIS is where the rubber meets the road. It’s where riches are earned and it proves that the ability to write compelling copy is truly the most valuable skill you’ll ever learn.

I’m sure you’ve met with your fair share of sellers that had no equity to pay you a commission and buyers that had very little money to even get an FHA mortgage. All of those issues go away when you are dealing with the affluent and ultra-affluent. However, you’ll never get a piece of it if you aren’t marketing for them. Trust me, they won’t just wake up one day and randomly seek you out. It’s not how they operate. But they do in fact LOVE a good opportunity and a solid offer. Best of all, they have the ability to take action.
