The video texting we’ve been using over the past 6 months has created great results for members all over the country. They are listing a higher number of homes each month and they like how receptive the homeowners are to this “recorded presentation”. Obviously, it takes all of the normal pressure and “stand-offish” issues of a live call out of the equation. It creates a lot more COME LIST ME’s every month for those that are using it the right way.

Many of the Diamond and Platinum members have participated in some of our Test Groups where we’ve tested new ideas, twists on proven concepts and much more to get increased results.

As we find the new techniques that are getting more listings or more buyers for those agents, we duplicate that in multiple markets with the other Test Group agents to ensure it works virtually everywhere. The winning campaigns are then released to all of our members at the Coaching Retreats so they too can benefit from the newest approaches that are creating big income.

Speaking of which, our big Coaching Retreat is coming up next month in Orlando, FL and we have a strong agenda where I’ll be releasing the latest tested marketing techniques that are getting superior results. Additionally, I’ll be opening up our next Test Group where you can work with me personally to implement new things in your marketplace and report how much revenue it’s creating for you including the winners and the losers from all of our testing. We will be forming that new group on March 7th and 8th at the Retreat after releasing all of the things we’ve been testing over the past 5 months.

As we find new offers and techniques that beat all of our other “controls” in the marketplace, it’s important for you to put them in place within your real estate practice. Your sole focus as a business owner is to implement techniques that will keep your cash flow high and give you a distinct advantage over your competition.
