One of the richest men in the world would be jealous of you if he knew about the opportunity you have. You see, he’s deemed as a genius when he gets an 18% return on his investment over an entire year.

Meanwhile, we have countless agent members that are investing $1,000 in EDDM campaigns and getting $18,000 to $25,000 in income! More importantly, they do it over and over and over on a monthly basis! Where else could you invest $1,000 and get a 2500% return?

Even for Warren Buffett, that would take over 100 years, yet we can do it in 60 days and do it over and over and over!

The truth is, we are really just in the business of MULTIPLYING CAPITAL. That’s truly what we do here. Nothing more, nothing less. We are not just real estate agents, we are not just getting paid to sell houses. In reality, your business centers around you being able to consistently and predictably multiply your capital.

Any time you can put $1,000 out and get $10,000 or more in, you have a license to print money! My question to you would be “what in the world could be more important to you than doing that over and over and over?” Your answer would obviously be “NOTHING!”

If you can switch your thinking from “waiting for another client to come along” to “I’m in the business of multiplying my capital” you’ll instantly see a difference in your lead flow, the quality of prospects that you are attracting and most importantly, an increase in your monthly income. I’ve personally witnessed agents going from 4 or 5 deals per month (one per quarter) to 2 or 3 additional closings every single month! This all happens because they turn on the rocket fuel called marketing.

There’s no better investment in the world. If you have cash sitting in a bank account or asset somewhere, it’s all but dead. It’s just sitting there. Even in a rental property or your own primary residence, it’s earning NOTHING! That is truly the worst investment in the world.
