Working Looooong Hours


As you can imagine, in preparation for a two day training event like the upcoming Coaching Retreat, I put in VERY long hours to ensure I’m giving you TONS of value to help you with the growth of your business.

While I’m still running our regular business and doing coaching calls, etc. I have to plan the entire event, the content, the agenda, the handouts, the food and breaks and snacks and more.

To be fair, our entire team works on it. Our sole focus is to make sure that every single agent in attendance gets valuable information that they can use when they get home for IMMEDIATE profit.
There’s nothing more important to you than consistent closings. We obviously know that this goal can only be accomplished if you have usable systems that will create predictable revenue, rather than hoping for the occasional referral now and then.

With a solid lead generation and lead conversion campaign, you’ll be unstoppable. However, there is a big difference between knowing how to do something and ACTUALLY implementing it. This is where most agents drop the ball.

Truth be told, generating leads is actually very easy. Anyone can do that part… It’s cheap too…
You’ll see examples at the upcoming Retreat of agents that are getting HUNDREDS of leads monthly.

Where the rubber meets the road is really in the CONVERSION of these prospects. This is where we find out how good you are.

It doesn’t matter if you know the basics on how to play baseball. You can know all of the rules of the game and be very good calling shots from your chair in your living room. But once we get you on the field, we find out if you are any good and if you can really practice what you preach. That’s what you’ll see live when we get together. Agents showing off their game.

At this Retreat, we will be “practicing on the field”. You’ll see agents as they role playing dozens of examples. You’ll see what they said wrong, how to say it right and why you should convert in a very different way than you ever have before.

We will all get together on June 12th and 13th and our seat capacity is filled. We will have agents flying in from coast to coast and I’m really spending a lot of time preparing these things for you.
